This interactive gameshow lifts the lid on lunchboxes and investigates what should be in them...and compares it to what can usually be found; crisps, sweets and chocolates! It also looks at the importance of school meals, which are balanced, tasty and nutritious.
Each round of the gameshow looks at how to make lunchbox contents healthier by revealing where food comes from, what the body needs to power and repair itself, along with challenges for volunteers and unusual science demonstrations. The show also investigates what can and cannot be reused and recycled, encouraging pupils to think carefully about what they pack into their lunchbox.
Each of the two teams gain points by playing each round...fill in the Food Plate, ride the PowerBike and sort the packaging - as well as finding out about healthy eating, energy and waste-minimisation in this fast-paced gameshow!
